Improve the guest connectivity experience and advance the hotel digitalization process by implementing a digital directory with Wipass technology.
The challenge was twofold. On the one hand, to facilitate Wi-Fi access in an agile and frictionless way. On the other hand, to take advantage of this entry point to link the guest with the main hotel services from a unified and simple environment.
With this action, ROC Hotels reinforced its positioning as an innovative chain, improved the personalization of the experience and obtained key information for smarter management.

How did we do it?
From weglobeyou we designed a custom digital directory for ROC Hotels. The directory is integrated with Wipass, a wireless device that allows you to connect to the network simply by bringing your cell phone close, without passwords or apps.
This access becomes a direct gateway to the main services of the establishment, from the digital menu to relevant hotel information, without the need for additional steps or registrations.
For the hotel, the solution represents a valuable tool to better understand customers' digital behavior, connect that data with internal systems and advance effective, scalable and user-centric hotel digitization.
