It is a meeting point for families that repeat summer after summer, for couples looking for a quiet getaway and for those who find in the Costa del Sol their refuge by the sea.

With a loyal clientele that repeats year after year, the hotel needed to strengthen its brand identity and professionalize its digital strategy to compete with guarantees in the eastern Costa del Sol.

Objective

In an environment as competitive as the Costa del Sol, where accommodations and OTA campaigns abound, standing out is not easy. Although Hotel Rincon Sol already had a high loyalty rate, it needed a strong brand that reflected its authenticity, as well as tools that would boost its profitability without relying on third parties.

In order to position the hotel as a reference with its own identity on the Costa del Sol, a comprehensive strategy was implemented based on:
